Cal-ICWA Appoints New Director of Operations

The California Indian Child Welfare Association appointed Nanette L. Gledhill as the new Director of Operations. Ms. Gledhill holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and has over 10 years of professional social work experience. Ms. Gledhill is an ICWA expert witness and also provides expert witness services to seven northern California counties. Former director, Kathryn Manness, remains dedicated to CAL-ICWA’s mission and purpose and will remain on the Steering Committee.
